Terms of Service for Pool Equipment Repairs
Repair requests will be confirmed with a date and a time range.
Once confirmed cancellation requires 24 hours notice
Pool Masters reserves the right to change the date of service on the day scheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
When a repair service is scheduled this will be assigned a service rate that will be discussed with the customer when the service is scheduled
All payments are due at the time of service
Payments that are not made in a timely manner will be assigned a late fee and can incur additional costs

Please fill out a repair request form on this page.
We will call to confirm the date of service at this point customers will need to have a credit card on file or must provide one.
If the customer cannot provide a credit card they must be present when service is scheduled.
If the customer is not present on the scheduled day and does not have a credit card on file, the repair service will not be performed and the customer can be charged the full amount for a service call.
All repairs are warrantied for up to 90 days for labor and material defects.
