Pool Masters Rewards
Terms and Conditions
Pool Masters of Central Florida may operate a number of rewards programs. Each Pool Masters rewards program(PM Loyalty Program) is run and governed by the following rules.
The following rules apply to all loyalty programs, with additional rules and reward programs that will be identified for the specific program
IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ PROGRAM RULES CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY OF THE PROGRAMS YOU AGREE TO ABIDE AND BE BOUND BY THE PM Loyalty Program rules.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE RULES SPECIFIED PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS NOR PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
For each program, you agree that updates, notifications, disclosures, or any other information related to the program will be provided to you via email, text or can be posted on the website www.poolmasters-cfl.com
Loyalty Benefits
Each PM Loyalty Program has a different set of benefits and rewards that are unique to that program. Please see the appropriate program that you are interested in for more information.
PM Loyalty Program GENERAL TERMS
- Points are what are used to determine discounts and can be earned in a number of ways which are described in each of the PM Loyalty Programs.
- Points will expire 12 months from the date of being earned
- Rewards or discounts that are offered as a result of earning points will be described in each of the PM Loyalty Programs
- PM Loyalty Programs can also use levels to determine benefits.
- To participate in any of the PM Loyalty Programs you will create an account on www.poolmasters-cfl.com or by joining in-store.
- The program member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated Account information online at www.poolmasters-cfl.com
- If a Member requests termination or deletion of the Member’s Account, the Member will lose the accrued Points and Rewards associated with the Account.
- Your rights and benefits under PM Loyalty Program will include accrued Points and Rewards. These are not assignable, saleable, or redeemable for cash.
- Pool Masters will not be responsible for any rewards if a member fails to provide accurate member information.
- Members can only enroll in one program at a time.
- If a member moves from one program to another the points earned in the previous program can be transferred to the new program.
- Returned items will result in points being deducted from the points balance.
- Rewards cannot be credited back to you on returned or voided items you have purchased using Rewards.
- Points and Rewards that the Member has earned can be viewed only on the Pool Masters site www.poolmasterscfl.com at any time.
- Member is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, where applicable.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
- No purchase is necessary to enroll for membership in the Loyalty Program.
- To enroll in any of the PM Loyalty Programs select the program you are interested in and provide all of the required information. None of your information will be sold or given to a third party see the Privacy Terms

- Individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) may enroll for membership in the Loyalty Program.
- Pool Masters may deny enrollment in any of the PM Loyalty Programs to any applicant at its sole discretion and without written notice.
- By opening an Account and by using the Account you were assigned to receive and redeem benefits of the Loyalty Program, including, without limitation, Points and Rewards, you agree that:
- You have read and accepted these Program Rules, and you have read and accept the Website Terms of Use which are incorporated by reference herein;
- You consent to the collection, and use of your personal data by Pool Masters and the Loyalty Program, in accordance with Pool Masters Privacy Statement which is incorporated by reference herein;
- You are solely responsible for reading the Program Rules
EARNING POINTS.
- Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per 4$ spent
- Points are not earned on items that are on promotion or have special discounts applied to them.
REWARD REDEMPTION
- Rewards cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash, gift certificates or store credit. Points and Rewards hold no cash value.
- Pool Masters is not responsible for lost or stolen Points or Rewards.
- Rewards will be applied using coupons at time of checkout.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
- Pool Masters may cancel or terminate PM Loyalty Programs at any time in its sole discretion without notice to you.
- Upon cancellation or termination of the PM Loyalty Program, all accrued Points and Rewards will either be moved to a new program or deleted.
- Pool Masters reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account or your participation in PM Loyalty Program at any time without notice to you if Pool Masters determines that you have violated program rules or that the use of your Account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
- Pool Masters reserves the right to change or modify this Loyalty Program at any time in its sole discretion without notification.
- Any changes or modifications to this Loyalty Program will be effective as soon as a change is posted to www.poolmasterscfl.com. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of changes but notification is not required.
MISCELLANEOUS
- PM Loyalty Program rules, together with any other documents incorporated herein by reference and otherwise made available to a Member in connection with Loyalty Program, constitute the sole and entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of these Program Rules and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, and representations and warranties with respect to the subject matter.
- If any provision of these Program Rules are deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect any other term or provision of these Program Rules.
- The Loyalty Program and these Program Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Florida without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
- If a member fails to adhere to any of the terms and Pool Masters fails to enforce these rules, it shall not be construed as a waiver of Pool Masters’s right to require strict adherence to any and all rules.
- The failure of Pool Masters to require Member’s strict performance of any term of these Program Rules shall not be a waiver of the right of Leslie’s to require strict performance of any term or condition herein.
- Pool Masters shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure of the Loyalty Program, or any loss, liability or damage directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond the control of Pool Masters, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, explosion, computer or network malfunction, or similar circumstances.
